Our first Zion hikes in the early 2000s with our still-young kids were of necessity shorter and more accessible. Our absolute favorite of these early, "easier" hikes was the falls on the Emerald Pools trail, and it's still a go-to. I wanted this poster to be unique among other depictions of the Emerald Pools; with bright, stylized colors, I used heavy linework to capture the carved, graceful swooping slabs of sandstone that swoop over you as you hike beneath the falls.
